House is empty and has just been tiled and painted. Bedroom cupboards need cleaning inside (x4 one has been painted). Bathrooms need good clean (x2 1/2 inside and one toilet near swimming pool). Kitchen and scullery need good clean as well as inside cupboards. Room attached to lounge may need vacuuming it has industrial carpets.
We need emergency services. We have a two story home and a window on the 2nd story has completely blown out. It is supposed to rain today and we need to get this boarded up on the outside and inside of the frame and replaced before it rains. The window is located in the front of the house so if it rains, it will be pouring into the house. This is an emergency!!

We are looking to clean a 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment used as airbnb on an adhoc basis. We require adhoc cleaning when our Guests check out to get the apartment ready for the next Guests checking in. So it won't be on a daily basis but adhoc as required. Good day, We had some renovations done, removal of tiles etc., so everything is a bit dusty. We will need the walls to be washed before painting.
