I need a to build a house... but I need a plan. I do have an idea on the type of house I need... The bank needs me to find a construction company to do me a qoute so they can loan me a money. I also need the construction company to build that house for me because I believe they would be faster... plus in the qoute they must include the labour money and all the materials they would use and need

Requirements: Increase the overall security height by mm above the existing wall. Preferred Option: Install steel posts securely bolted to the top of the concrete wall. Fit two horizontal runs of flat razor wire between the posts. Alternative Option: Install steel Y-brackets bolted to the top of the wall. Fit mm diameter concertina (circular) razor wire within the Y-brackets. Note: The attached image is provided only as a general example of the type of installation I am looking for. My preference is a solution that maintains a clearer, less obstructed appearance, ideally using flat razor wire rather than the circular concertina style, provided it achieves the required mm security height.
Home affairs is dealing with backlog by rejecting visas like crazy. I haven’t collected my outcome yet coz I am evaluating alternatives should the outcome be negative. I would be eligible to apply for a work permit given that my study permit has lapsed. Would a letter of good cause for change of condition be granted in such a situation? Thanks,

Good day. We are upgrading the interior of an established motor-spares retail store in Kempton Park. We have already developed the main concept, including the counter area, heavy-duty shelving for lubricants and batteries, wooden slatwall panels for accessories, lighting, colours and finishes. We are not looking for a complete redesign or turnkey project. We require an experienced retail interior designer to inspect the premises, review our existing proposal, identify anything we may have overlooked and recommend practical improvements relating to customer flow, merchandising, lighting, durability and the overall appearance. Our maximum professional-design budget is R7,, including the site inspection, review, recommendations and one follow-up consultation. Please confirm what deliverables you can provide within this amount and whether your fee includes VAT and travel to Kempton Park.
