The company you gave was not pleasant to work with. They offered a service to what I requested of which I agreed to since it came from a 'professional', company. The service they rendered did not fulfil my request therefore I asked them to come again and they proceeded to charge me more to fix their mistake. They even sent another person fo attend the job and still did not fix the leak. They even used some of our materials after asking for R2000 to fix their mistake. When we called the owner asking about why he charged us again he kept explaining the same thing like I'm stupid. After voicing out my unhappiness he proceeded to be rude. He agreed to refund me a 'portion of the R2000' because of the labour already they had done which was not finished, he did not want to refund the full amount. He then said he's going to refund the money and never did till this day.
