I do not know the sqm of cleaning surfaces. We have 2 offices (Unit 10 + 15, Engine Park, Engine Avenue) What we require to be cleaned (we would prefer every Wednesday): Unit 10: 2 office spaces with 2 desks (vacuum & dusting of desks) a cupboard that opens & has our little kitchen space (general clean if dishes, wipe down inside cupboard where we make coffee), bathroom with only toilet & sink that requires a clean + mop. Factory space (our guys do the general cleaning but we would like for their toilet + sink to be cleaned & bathroom floor mopped (microwave & desk to be wiped) Unit 15: 3 office spaces that require a general clean + vacuum. Also a very small kitchen space to be cleaned, 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets + 2 sinks. Showroom to be cleaned (vacuumed & mopped + spaces to be dusted) we do have a bar area that we require to be cleaned (general wipe down & cleaning of microwave) You are welcome to visit our space & provide us with a quote thereafter. We do prefer to supply all cleaning products in the event we need to clean something that does not fall on a Wednesday then at least we have the products/supplies. I look forward to hearing from you.

We live in a complex. The bathroom door frame is rusting and needs refurbishment. What may be costly though is that the frame is a junction frame. There is a room with door frame aligned next to the bathroom frame. This job may need cutting into cement and brick as it's a metal frame. This then effects the tiling as well.
