Hi I trust you are well. I have a project at Kim Park Centre, Kimberley that requires you to survey and submit a quotation. The ramp to parking area needs to be resurface because the stores below are complaining of water leaks. Then when you stand in front of Nando's facing the parking area the very first entrance on your right till the STOP sign needs to be resurfaced. There are a few potholes that needs to be fixed. Please this is urgent. Confirm if you can go and survey.
Our neighbour has complained that our recent home alterations has caused cracks in her walls (photo attached). Despite consulting an engineer and insurance assessor on the matter who says it is most unlikely that it is due to our renovations she insists we pay for it. I have offered that our contractor does but she insists on using hers which we can't accept. So we'd like some independent quotes please. We are renovating and extending our house. We are breaking down all internal walls to create an open plan design, extending the braai area roof and building a bedroom, walk-in closet and master bathroom on top (Adding a floor to the existing ground floor) of the existing bedrooms. Also changing the layout of the 2 existing bedrooms and adding an on-suite bathroom to each.
