An accident happened at work, which was a health and safety regulation case whereby a colleague fell and was badly hurt at work and i work under a company in the mine as an assistant manager.i was blamed for negligence. A hearing was held at the mine then i won the case,the company that i work for also conducted a hearing and i was dismissed at work

Physical abuse at work during an investigative meeting towards me for poor work conduct after I requested a copy of the full recording to be sent to me whilist I was in the meeting and was declined the request but advised you will only receive the transcript . I grabbed the phone that was recording to ask why can I not receive the copy of the recording as byblaw I am entitled to it since I have consent for the recording . Then from no where the senior manager jumped over my neck from the back side straining my back and neck trying to get the phone hurting my thumb also and then eventually the phone locked and she let go . Could not attend work the following day stiff neck and sore thumb the Wednesday visited doc and was given an additional 3 days sick leave with a doc note just want to find out what is the way forward

I will be having a family day cookout event. Initially target is adults 40 kids. Adult Menu I would be serving african dishes, braaimeat and sides. Kids Menu Burgers and Pizza as a option and 2 types of deserts, applicable for the season. Idealy the setup should be kids friendly because the day is all about family good music and good food. I visited the BP station located at Morninghill to refuel my car. During this visit, I also asked the attendant to fill water in my coolant water container. However, the employee who assisted me neglected to secure the water pump bottle after filling it. As a result, the bottle remained open, causing the cooling system to malfunction and leading to my car overheating and got damaged. I want the garage to pay the money i spent on repairs.
I need to be assisted on my tax returns. I was not walking from July . Not earning any salary and got employment in September. The time I was not working my previous employer hold my pension claims for 7 years and release them in . Now every year SARS keep on claiming money of R or R every time and have paid those penalties and have proof with me. When I submit to them as proof of payment they don't cancel my debt after three months they will call me on Sunday demanding the penalty that have already paid and show them proof of payment. We were unfairly dismissed by Riviera On Vaal Hotel and Country Club in December while under Covid-19 Lockdown.We were 51 and all members of ECCAWUSA which was then our workers union.Our case started at Vereeniging CCMA in and proceeded to Johannesburg Labour Court.Along the way our union lost their certificate and they didn't notify us.Then last year when they were approached by the shopstewards about the progress of our case that's whereby they gave them the case number number.The shopsteward did a follow up of the case at Labour Law and discovered that the union did not submit some important documents that were needed for the Labour Court to proceed with our case.When they were asked about this matter they decided to hand-over our case files to the shopsteward.From last year up until now the shopstewards have submitted all the relevant missing documentsat the Labour Court and applied for a court hearing date.So we are waiting for a respond from the Labour Court.As shopsteward we though we can represent our case at the Labour Court to be told that we don't qualify.We are looking for someone who is qualified to represent us.Some of our members were hired by the so-called New Owner under new contracts.But the majority of them were not hired.We didn't receive any compensation from our employer for terminating all our contracts.
