Do all plumbing required. Waterproof shower floor and walls. Tile 5 m² floor with xmm ceramic tiles. Tile 20m² walls with xmm ceramic wall tiles. Remove and replace 5m² ceiling and replace with 12mm rhinoboard ceiling. Fit x3 LED downlights and small extractor fan in ceiling. Paint ceiling and new 75mm cornices. Fit bathroom accessories like toilet roll holder, towel rails etc.
