Currently there are a few banana palms etc which I would like to stay, but the rest requires clearing - some horrible roots (palm tree) and an oliander tree to be removed. The ground needs to be leveled in places. Then I would like the entire garden composted because our soil is very sandy. And then planted up with beds, no lawn, but rather ground cover.
