I would like a quote for waterproofing. The structure is a concrete roof, it has been treated many years before but now, during heavy rains, the water is seeping through again, especially by the steal beams and where the walls join. I need a rubber-like type proofing please, not just a type of a painting. I am not an expert on this, but that is the type of application I have in mind.

Good Day I have small quite old fashioned teak wooden finger blocks parquet in my apartment, however, I need additional blocks to fill missing spots and additionally ,I need to tile a 4x4 room with the same. Are you able to assist? What is the price with and without installation? Kind Regards

This paint is a good quality paint but other paint can be used according to clients specifications. 2. Repair of steel structures – gates and carports (This includes removing rust and recoating with Duram NS4 Anti rust paint and repainting final coat. Colour to be confirmed) 3. Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
We have purchased a house in Century City and would like to have it painted inside before we move in at the end of October. We will need the walls, Ceiling, skirtings and doors painted. Ceiling and skirtings should be white. Doors Grey and walls off-white/grey. We need to still choose the paint colours . We require a quote from a reputable painter for this job.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots.
