This is a tenanted property, so I am not physically present to check the repairs needed to be quoted on. Someone would need to go to the premises to see the extent of the work needed to be done.

Large 10 story Apartment building in Sandton - I imagine the size length to breadth and height is in total (including the recesses for balconies / windows etc etc ) sqm ( now remove apartment balconies where there are doors and windows.). It is for a 90th birthday and since it is in June and getting colder, the food should be appropriate to the season. If a spit braai option will be less expensive, I would like to be quoted on that as well. We are not yet sure of the venue - either Vereeniging or Meyerton, however if cutlery, plates and tables and chairs can be included in the quote, I would appreciate it.
