I have two cars parked (next to each other) under a shadecloth, which, as it turns out, was a complete waste of time. I would like to have the roof of the carport in line with, as far as possible, the top block of the vibracrete wall so as to ensure as little sun as possible gets in. The issue I have is the carport gets the south easter from the south east and gets the northwest as well. My concern would be the wind blowing the roof off if it got blocked into a wind tunnel of sorts.

I paid lobola of R last year July they her side of the family, did a lobola celebration according to their tswane tradition and my 2 reletives were there. We have not yet went to home affairs to register yet...thank god but I am working in Witbank and she is staying with her mother in Johannesburg also studying....I proposed that she stops school for now n come and stay with me in Witbank as undeliverably so, so she refused and she says she won't do that, she doesn't want kids and says she is not ready for kids. I am paying her school fees since last year may if m not mistaken untill now but she can't come and be a wife to me.
I currently have a three bedroom, 2 bathroom home with open plan kitchen, tv room, living room and dinning. I want to add an additional bedroom by closing up the current TV room and add a jack and jill shower/toilet bathroom between the existing bedroom and new bedroom. Then add a scullery to my kichen using existing space, so not added. Add a guest loo to the current lounge and extend the lounge to add an indoor braai/ entertainment area. According to the plan, the additional sqr m added is 40 sqr (guest loo plus entertainment area) plus the renovation of the TV to bedroom, bathroom and scullery. Please provide a quote. I have cleared away a section of garden I want to make better use of. The idea is to convert this area to an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit type of center point, outdoor furniture with storage for cushions when not in use, outdoor lighting, potentially a pizza over type of deal and potentially a water feature (more for ambient noise). I want to get a feel for pricing for options available to us in terms of paving, layout, furniture, lighting, etc.

I'm currently married in ANC, however I have a 5 year old child, there is no assest or property to be split, it just the custody for my son, they have threatened me several times that they want custody of him, however his dad is not an active parent, his being on drugs and rehabs several times, I also have a protection order and a warrant of arrest against him as he was abusive, so under no circumstance is he a fit enough father to have shared custody even over weekends as his so unpredictable, I want to apply for supervised visits just to make sure that my child is under good supervision and care, his family lives under a toxic environment where they randomly just call the police for each other, I just need to know my son is safe, how do I go about doing so
I have cared of a boy that I have looked after since he was 4 months. His mother, who was my house help passed away when he was 3 years old. I have attempted to adopt him without success and have subsequently been granted Care-giver status by a Pretoria magistrate in a children's court. He is now 14years old and is at a private school who have requested a Valid Study permit and Passport or Permanent Residence card. Need to sell LPG my yard is sqm, just needed an outlay plan for such a business, no LPG pumping just cylinders only. There is a shack in the yard I bought the stand with it inside, contacted the municipality and the rural leadership they don't have a problem with that type of business in the area.
Greetings I need help with an unfair dismissal case. CCMA forced a settlement that I signed which only benefited the company but not myself (there was misrepresentation). I’ve been debarred and reds listed (the procedures were not followed). I’ve lost a lot of opportunities in high roles due to the debarment and reds listing. Regards
