My partner and I am in a life partner agreement. I obtained a protection order on that 10 & December which was not served yet although the police came to our house. She retaliated thereafter and pays my builder directly except me. She is also keeping door keys so I can not lock myself in There is triangulation and coersive behavior and vile name calling. She is causing reputational damage and trying to destroy me because I don't want to be in a relationship with her anymore
Building Layout & Structure • Unit Configuration: The building appears to contain at least three separate units, each identified by its own wooden door and adjacent large window. • Roofing: It features a flat roof design with a prominent raised parapet wall around the edge, which is painted in a contrasting grey trim. • Exterior Finish: The walls are finished in a smooth, light beige or cream-colored plaster, accented by grey architectural framing around the windows and along the roofline. Exterior Features • Doors: Three solid wood doors with a reddish-brown stain. • Awnings: Each doorway is protected by a modern, curved polycarbonate awning with black supports, providing shelter from rain and sun. • Windows: Large, dark-framed aluminum windows. The right-most window includes a top-hung opener for ventilation. • Satellite Dish: A white satellite dish (DStv) is mounted centrally on the roofline, suggesting the units are wired for television. Grounds & Surroundings • Foundation: The building sits on a concrete plinth, with small concrete steps leading to each doorway. • Terrain: The immediate foreground consists of unpaved, leveled earth. • Utilities: A small water tap is visible on the far right, and there are loose cinder blocks on the ground, possibly indicating ongoing minor landscaping or finishing touches.
🚿 Bathroom Upgrade Plan (Shower Addition) ✅ 1. Convert Bathtub to Shower Remove the old bathtub (since it's quite dated and worn). Install a walk-in shower in its place: Frameless glass shower screen to keep it sleek and modern. Tiled walls and flooring in the shower area for waterproofing and easy maintenance. Add a rain showerhead plus a handheld unit for flexibility. ✅ 2. Update Fixtures & Layout Replace the blue toilet and basin with modern white or matte black options for a cleaner, more contemporary look. Consider a vanity cabinet sink to add storage and style. Add a mirror with LED lighting above the basin. ✅ 3. Improve the Window Area Replace or paint the burglar bars in matte black or white. Install a frosted glass or a privacy window film for natural light without compromising privacy. ✅ 4. Tiling & Walls Retile the lower wall with large, neutral-tone tiles (grey, beige, or marble finish). Add a feature tile strip or mosaic in the shower for style. Paint the upper wall with moisture-resistant bathroom paint in a warm white or soft grey. ✅ 5. Lighting Add a ceiling-mounted light fixture or a recessed light above the shower. Consider wall sconces near the mirror for softer lighting.
We need to replace our roof sheets, currently we have corrugated sheets but want to replace the whole roof with IBR, we had a massive hail storm this side that absolutely destroyed our roofing and looking for a change so we're looking to place a relatively big order and I'm going around trying to collect information and the best price so we can get this project started and finished as soon as possible. Ideally we would prefer to get the custom sheets unless you're able to source them cheaper. Dimensions are as follows: L = Length of Roof & Length of Sheet Needed (We want each sheet to match the length of the roof) W = Width of Roof to assist you with Calculating how many sheets are needed There are 3 parts of the roof: (Images will be supplied) Shortest Roof: L = 4.3m W = 3m Medium Roof: L = 5.2m W = 1.8m Largest Roof: L = 7.7m W = 4.3m Requirements: - IBR Sheeting - Thickness no less than 0.7mm What we are also looking for: - We are not looking at doing this again anytime in future so we are looking for advice on best practices, where to improve and quotes on options to fix so should there be another hailstorm like this again, there will be no build up, no leaks, no issues.

Good Afternoon, There is reason to believe that child maintenance funds are not being applied toward the child’s reasonable and necessary expenses. Evidence suggests the child’s needs are unmet while support payments continue. I am seeking legal guidance and appropriate action to ensure the funds are used solely for the child’s welfare.
Good day, I would like to compare pricing options and have attached two possible solutions: Repairing the existing faulty components, or Replacing the system entirely. Please provide a quotation for both options. The quote should include all hardware, installation, call-out fees, travel, and labour. I am also open to any recommendations you may have. Thank you and I look forward to your feedback.
The project is at Montagu Hospital. It is a refurbishment project to the existing building. The area which requires waterproofing is currently under construction and as such the quotation and appointment of a reliable and compliant subcontractor are required urgently. More details and specifications may be communicated further through email. A site viewing can be arranged for practical measurements if required. The methodology can be seen on the attached document.
