Small apartment, mainly: 3 office chairs + 2 sitting chairs and one large laying chair, kitchen fridge, mini oven, washing machine, gas cylinder and small gas stove double bed and two trestle tables and 3 small side tables. Couple of suitcases of things we will pack and some kitchen appliances that we'll put back into the packaging and 3 easy to fold carpets too. Not a lot of things to move but need to find someone to help. Dates may be flexible as well.

Gutters on units (This includes putting gutters on the individual units to prevent the water damage to the walls. Gutters will be painted) 4. Tree felling (This includes trimming all overhanging tree branches from tree near main residence and other trees on the property near the units). The residents mentioned that the trees were a problem and they wanted some removed and others trimmed. These are all merely suggestions on exterior upgrades and maintenance to the property. Specific needs were not mentioned and therefore this quote is given on face value and on inspection of the property. At a later stage the driveway and paving can be looked at. 5. Many furniture items of a small 2 bedroom house. There are 31 items including a small Hammond Organ & Automatic Washing machine. The latter 2 items will need special care, please. Then there are 40 to 45 cardboard boxes of household items, clothing etc. The total volume of these will be less than 3 cubic meters.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. I have a Tan Can (upright sunbed) that has to be dissembled and moved to a beauty salon about m down the road.
