Every South African homeowner can avoid lots of problems by waterproofing their homes.
There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach. Please send a quote with a breakdown of what will be needed to repair. Client needs this urgently so I will appreciate an urgent response.

Something like a trapezoid. Hight 2,5m. Top width of 4m. Starting on the left side of this 4m width a 90 degree corner and go South for a length of 8,7m. To the right another width of 6,5m and back North to the other point of the 4m width a length of 5,3m. One attachment against a wall for the 90 degree corner and three poles at the remaining corners. There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
It’s a carport type roof over a patio. Roof dimension is 6.5 m x 4.3 m, On the one 6.5m side it can be mounted on the wall and on the other side there are 3 brick/ concrete pillars of xmm . The frame to support the roof must be steel please. The covering must IBR sheeting, either galvanised or chromadek. Please quote on both types.
Shoprite Nelspruit Cash and Carry had damages on their roof with the huge storm. We need a quotation to repair the roof as it is leaking severely now when it rains. We'd love to change the design, install a whole new roof. Perhaps extend the height, I'm wondering if you do other stuff besides the roof. Like painting the house, installing tiles on the wall, pavement, floor tiles, kitchen units installation etc. We're looking on renovating the house but we're comparing the prices for now.
Hi, I think my problem is the parapet wall, as I had proofed the roof previously...with pap & lap, then rubberized. But the problem persist. I thought of removing the flashing and replace with new concrete. What would you suggest? I'm getting desperate. Please help. I know it is a bad timing, but I would like to start the process.
I have recently build a bricks & cement pond, about 1.5 wide, 2.5 long and 1.2m deep and have applied ram rapond polyurethane in an attempt to have it sealed inside. There are still leaks and would like to have bitumen or simular applied to seal. I hope to find somebody who can spray it on. The pond is easily accessible by a vehicle. Please quote to have it sealed. Non poisonous for plants and fish please.
Clear IBR (?) sheeting over a section of the garage (two car tunnel) lifted in strong wind. Currently held down by a couple of rocks but needs replacement. Perhaps general inspection of rest of roof would be good idea. Also wooden shelter between Kitchen and Garage which is flat, has bitumised (Laycool) (?) top. which has leak. Am concerned water collecting there could cause wood rot. Hasn't had bitumen redone for a year or two Needs redoing.
