Our house is built with break face. We want to extend a kitchen which is approximately 3.5X3.5m. We want to extend it by 1.3mX3.5m . We also want to open door through the current bathroom that will get you into a new approximately 1.80X2.90 bathroom that we want to build. The new bathroom will need two new walls and one long one because the other long one will be the already built one for the main bedroom. We also want to extend another bedroom wall that will fit an ordinary 3 door wardrobe. The wall of the extended wall forming sort of a cave for the wardrobe will be divining a "cave" and a new bathroom. We don't know how to calculate square metres unfortunately. This is as far as I can describe this project.
Good morning, We seem to have an ant infestation. I don't think it's any other pests but you would know when on site. The one pic shows the shavings/sand. There are always ants and ones with wings. The other two pics are with Blue Death powder. While that is down we do not have the heap of shavings/sand. They often move to another area.
We need a few services: Our block was constructed in and is very dated, Mount Curtis in main road in sea point. 1) 6 apts are incorporating old store rooms into their apartments. We need as built plans for each apt. Paid for by Corp and recharged to relevant owners. 2) 4 apts are applying for licenses to use roof areas and these x4 apts are required to measure the roof areas they wish to use. Owner expense. 3) Parking spaces have been re-jigged and allocated within the complex on BC land. We require updated, measured plans. BC expense. My fiance was arrested for possession of unlicensed fire arm, he was asked to help a orderly lady to clean her 9mm because she is struggling to do it her self she is almost 70. The police stopped us and got the 9mm . He was arrested .the owner of the fire arm did confess that she did ask him to clean it for her but at our house she don't have the cleaning oil .. we need help with bail please.
