I need to replace 2x clear bronze IBR lengths (2,mm x approx mm). The IBR roof section covers the area between the main house and garage. Access is available from the flat garage roof. The IBR profile is mm wide, lower flat =mm, upper flat =30mm. Fastened onto wooden joists with screw-bolts.
The toilet is continually running. When opening the top toilet bowl it appears that some of the components in the toilet bowl have come loose. Nothing looks broken just some parts that need to be clipped back together - but i'm not sure how to do it correctly. I am also unable to switch the water off using the water valve attached to the pipe connecting to the bowl.

Following heavy hail in a flash of rain, my gutter got blocked and water flooded into my ceiling, damaging the insulation and the ceiling boards. The wooden beams also took in water. The roof is leaking and showing green stain and damaging the ceiling, we would like to remove the ceiling and replace it with a new one and the roof placed properly to prevent water from dripping. The doors in most rooms of the house has been disabled and we want to replace a new door for the rooms, the cupboards in the kitchen are removed because they are too old to function and needs to be replaced with a new cupboards and the lights in the kitchen have not been working, nit sure what the problem is. The toilet is no longer flushing, we need a new toilet flusher and we also need tiles for some of the rooms that don't have tiles.
