We have a one bedroom house in Craighall Park. Connected to the master bedroom is a studio office (not accessible by the bedroom) and connected to the studio office is a smaller room. We could like to incorporate the studio and smaller room into the main house to create additional rooms. This is a project which will require 1) knocking down existing walls, 2) constructing a corridor and 3) constructing walls to separate the new space into separate rooms.

Once the client approves the estimate then an appointed contractor is informed. Pricing - includes material & labour. 1 the roof to be cleaned of all dust and loose paint with a high-pressure hose. 2 all dirt and loose paint that is left to be removed with scrapers and wire brushes. 3rusted roof screws to be replaced. 4 all rust spots and areas where metal shows to be treated with two layers of rust primer as an undercoat. 5 the roof to be painted with a paint chosen by me.

After the recent floods my house was ruined and a few flaws surfaced the floors seem to have warped or sunk in some areas of the house. I am looking to completely redo the floor from concrete base, reinforcement to make them stable and strong. The two bathrooms are to be fully redone with complete new installations as well as the floors. In the pictures you will see there is one with blue and red circles. On the blue circled area I want a sliding standard aluminum door and in the area on top of the bath tub, a new window aluminum as well.
I am looking to move into the house in March and need to renovate the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen will need a wall broken down to extend what is the current dining room. I need new finishes, cabinets, stove, painting, lighting. The bathroom - I need to renovate the shower - new tiling, shower head. Tne tiling needs to be replaced, and the built in bath to be replaced by a stand alone bath which i have, The basin will also need ot be replaced by a double basin with new cabinet.
We have a two bedroom flat we would like to to repaint. Please give us a quote on walls and kitchen cupboards separately to ceiling. We need to repaint a carport. The roof is coverd with standard IBR .The size is 6m wide and 33m long The top and bottom of the carport needs to be cleaned from rust and painted 1 coat red oxide and 2 coats acrylic roof paint. the roof structure also needs to be cleaned and re-painted we need an estimate to put in our budget for the financial year Please supply different rates for cleaning, paint, labour to be able to compare apples with apples on the different quotes of contractors
