9x9 pool just too get ph balance and clean it up

I have a portable lt bestway pro max pool with a small filter that can't backwash etc. Pool went green, I shocked it to blue with hth and soda ash but now I can't get rid of the stuff at the bottom from all those chemicals. Needs backwashing and bit more attention to restore back to sparkling blue. May become more regular client if you can do this nicely

It’s a small beach pool. The gunnite surface is coming off when we scrape the walls while cleaning. Those little gravelly bits are loose & now just collecting on the bottom of the pool. There are also cracks. The pool is about 25years old. I don’t know what the size is in litres or square meters. But at its deepest it’s shoulder height and I’m about 5.6 f tall.
We are a smaller structural steel engineering company and are looking for a Construction Audit. We are subcontracted on a larger project but the claims submitted are not balancing with the payments being made and we need to ensure our payments are being correctly paid over to us.
