We have 2 geysers in home, one in main bedroom and one for rest of house. We need to connect warm water from bedroom to other geyser and be able to use the main bedroom once we have guests, with a stop valve connected to open it when needed. But while power is switched off, it must still circulate cold water for it not to rust while not heating (in use)
i have an insurance claim for a sliding door x which was sucked out of its railing by the heavy winds this week at Cannonville. the door was thrown on the cement and is badly bent and unusable. My insurance is Dotsure who require a quotation stating the door is bent and needs replacement and also a quote for installation

Hi there. I need help. There’s a stench in the bathroom I don’t know what causes it. The bathtub drain is damaged. The kitchen sink stinks when I open the tap. I know it’s a whole lot. I would appreciate to have someone over to check. I am willing to pay the call out fee should I not afford to get it fixed at the moment. Outside drain blocked with sewerage leak (not anymore but in beginning). Opened up ground and saw the one side pipe has a hole in it. Also discovered that smaller outflow pipe going into one drain from kitchen is cracked. Need professional help as this is not a small blockage that I can resolve with chemicals. 2 Bathrooms (shower, basin and toilet) outlet into 1 drain and 2nd bathroom (bath, basin and toilet) as well as kitchen pipes (including washing machine drainage) goes into other drain. Both drains are connected and main outlet pipe goes u derneath house to main system. Both drains where (are) blocked but has minimum flow now and toilets does not rise anymore.
My father bought a Supreme Air Conditioner more than 20 years ago and it is still working quite well but the box, which is outside on the apartment's balcony, has a lot of rust which may soon start affecting the aircon's functioning. I have one under the counter space for appliance, I need to have a dishwasher in addition to a washing machine. The washing machine will be moved to bedroom with the wall connecting to where the washing machine originally was for the water and drainage supply easier connection. The bedroom will need plumbing to connect washing machine. Dishwasher will be in the kitchen therefore plumbing for that is sorted but might need to be adjusted to connect washing machine. We have a leak under the foundation of our entertainment area. The water is gushing into the yard. We have dug under the foundation from the yard and cannot see it so the leak has to be fixed from inside our entertainment area by knocking up the tiles and cement, then fix and replace the cement and tiles. It is quite a big job.
