There was a company that erected carports at complexes and charged the complex a rental fee on a monthly basis. Not sure if you offer a similar service? Perhaps you know of a company? Price per carport +- 40 units ? The carports belong to the company and are not the property of the complex. A suggestion I would like to make to the Body Corporate
Quote 1: Double carport with aluminium frame 7.4m x 6.4m, bronze colour. Quote to be as per the attached picture - only one side will be covered, the other two sides there is a wall. Either 1) new carport or 2) Repairs to existing carport 1) New carport: 10m x 3m carport with 3 posts on one side and attached to brick wall (house) on other. 2) Repairs to existing one roofed carport. 2 of the 3 posts and structure/gutter on one side rusted through.
