We are renovating a 3 bedroom house. 1st Bedroom 4 x down lights 3 x Plugs, 2nd Bedroom 4 x down lights 2 x Plugs, 3rd Bedroom 4 x down lights 2 x plugs. Kitchen 4 x down lights 4 x Plugs, Dining room 4 x down lights 2 x Plugs. Lounge 6 x downlights 3 x Plugs, passage 5 x down lights no plugs, bathroom 4 x down lights no plugs and toilet 2 x downlights no plugs. We are needing to replace the breakers in the DB board and run new wiring to the plugs and lights. There is no stove connection required. We will need a connection point for a solar geyser backup.

I turned my geyser off prior to the water cut. After the water came back I turned the geyser on but 12 hours later there is still no hot water. I suspect the switch on the DV board is faulty as this has happened before. I called a plumber who unnecessarily replaced the element in the geyser only to discover the real problem was the switch.

Had an old electric fence replaced with a new one. Been waiting since December for the compliance certificate. The maintenance company who hired a company to install the fence is not forthcoming with the certificate so now I need to find a company who is registered to issue a valid Electric Fence Certificate of Compliance please
I require a compliance certificate to be issued after certain checks have been completed. For one it seems that the wiring on the main box have been done incorrectly, with the entire kitchen and 4 rooms downstairs having all the plugs connected to 1 20A circuit breaker, with the other 2 20A plugs circuit breakers each having only 1 socket each connected. Essentially what needs to happen in regards to the above is, 1st 20A breaker - 2 lower rooms connected 2nd 20A breaker - kitchen, garage and lounge 3rd 20A breaker - 2 main bedrooms and entrance hall connection Also believe that there might be an issue relating to the earth connection of the house leading to surges and the power not tripping when needed. However this is purely speculation.
