A new window will be inserted into bathroom by my window manufacturer. That window must be closed up and exterior repaired also. Interior: remove bath and replace with new. Tile over wood floor and up dry wall. Position taps for new double basin. Retile and structure shower. *Pics of current bathroom. Am flexible but would like to start soon’ish. * need two-three weeks to order window before job starts
I need assistance with a default judgment rescindment , I have the paid up letter and consent for the rescindment from the attorneys that the account was handed to. Good Day I need advice on a matter : I discovered this year that my daughter's previous school handed me over falsely and a judgement was passed etc The credit report has a judgment of R81k, I contacted the lawyers and sent all proof of payments to a total value of R76, ,these were paid while she was still at the school and were in allocated, though POP's were sent each time a payment was made. The lawyers now say once I settle the R outstanding they will issue me with a paid up letter which I can take to court to get the judgement rescinded First is it fair that I must be the one to go to court for this rescindement Secondly , I was never contacted by these lawyers ertc for collection or whatsover nor even a received a court order What recourse do I have in this matter? If I should go to court etc where does one start once I have the paid up letter , we want to purchase property etc How long does it take to get the court to rescind the judgement? Is this something I can do myself or I will need a lawyer?
Redo pool lining. Currently marbalite is chipping off badly, looking to reline in fiber glass. 44sqm pool based on another quote. An additional step need to be added between top step and paving. Also has mosaics that need replacing. And ball valve need replacing that switches to the fountain feature
Our neighbour has complained that our recent home alterations has caused cracks in her walls (photo attached). Despite consulting an engineer and insurance assessor on the matter who says it is most unlikely that it is due to our renovations she insists we pay for it. I have offered that our contractor does but she insists on using hers which we can't accept. So we'd like some independent quotes please. Roof paint or spray, remove gutters and replace with facia boards, about 5 tile have shifted but not leaking. The house is facebrick with about 1m on top that needs to be painted and front and back side have more plaster that needs to be painted. I would just like a approximate price. Greetings I believe my case is more of civil, summary: over a year now since I had a verbal agreement with a couple as I gave them my car and they were to pay monthly payments, and as time went they promised that they want to pay off the car, it’s a financed car. I met the couple via a middleman and initially they were paying via the middleman then I realised I was not getting the money I was supposed to receive, sometimes half sometimes nothing at all, I decided that I want my car back and went to were they stayed with the middleman, they refused with the car and at the time we had a meeting with the police ,only to find out that the middleman asked them for a 20k upfront before they could use the car, of which I didn’t even have a cent or knowledge of. So they wanted their 20k otherwise I couldn’t take my car back, I explained to them I had no knowledge of such but still they refused to give me the car. I left them and cut the middleman out as he was not trustworthy, and that’s when we had the verbal agreement to start afresh settle the matter amicably and we were planing to draft a contract..time went by and I received only 1 payment for over a year now,I’m always the one running after them, before we could draft the contract then the car got involved in an accident driven by the husband at the time, they told me it was nothing to worry about and that they were gonna fix the car and that they planning to pay everything off, that they awaiting some estate settlement claim so that they can pay, now I tried to call it’s always excuses and I’m currently the one paying the monthly instalments for the car but the car is with them…kindly assist ,thank you.
