The neighbour from flat 9, just below ours, reported having experienced a water leak coming from what appeared the ceiling in her bedroom which seems to be situated below my wife's bathroom shower. It was followed, as we were told, by my wife's having taken her shower a few minutes before. It was the first episode of such a leak since we moved into the flat in 2019.

Require Toilet Pan to be replaced. Old house, so pipe at back of toilet that drains the toilet is still metal and as such rusted, thus leaking, so also needs replacing and sealed so it stops leaking as well. Cistern and downpipe still seems fine.
