Plan is to fence in a very rundown recycling centre in Motherwell just off Tyinira street.. It is 25 metres square with a 3 meter gate.There are no services at present (no electricity, water or toilets). I would prefer galvanized and painted clear view fencing. All my contacts in Motherwell tell me that fence is a real deterrent. However, possible alternative is razor wire; double strength. Fence must be concreted into ground all along to deter people digging under the fence. Also required is a gate ( 3 meters) preferably on rails but same height as fence. Fence must be secured against being lifted and moved-- weak point. Otherwise a gate split at centre and opening two sides. We are a non profit organization that wants the project to be completed in approximately 3-6 months
