I need some thing hard wearing easy to clean affordable prices oak or maple wood finish
I now live in an old farm house in which the carpets are very old and very stinky. I have a budget. I got a quote for vinyl flooring with skirting amd sealant and self-leveling, but it's too far above my budget. I'm willing to do laminate and see what's the best quote I can get. I wanted sealant because there seems to be water coming in, but we've sealed the roof and the courtyards where there's water build up during rain.
3 bedrooms, passage and bathroom over existing tiles
New floor laminate
I have no idea about the size it’s three bedrooms and a passage. It could be include other rooms. So someone needs to come and measure.
It's 48 square meters x 6 rooms.
Need durable flooring that can handle farmlife and don't show dirt like muddy dog paws.
