Block 1=12(Double Storey) Units, 10 Block Of 8 Units Double Storey, 3 Blocks Of 4 Units Double Storey, Pool Area , Club House and Guard House. The Main Colour is Elephant Hide and the boundary on the windows is beige colour and the railings, window frames, Burglar Security gates is enamel brown (Code: G18 PWD Brown)
Hi there I'm looking to replace my traditional windows in two rooms in our home with double glazed. I'm based in Radiokop, Jo'burg. The dimms are: cm (w) x cm (h) INSIDE of that are three smaller windows: Left - 46cm (w) x Centre - 54cm (w) Right - 46cm (w) Obviously those could be replaced by whatever is the best option in your opinion, but would still need to have some opening windows there. Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
Good day, I trust you are well, Please refer to the attached. Can you please send me one quote on standard glass and one quote on standard double glazing. The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. D06 & D07 – the door doesn’t have the aluminum slides on the bottom anymore, it should be glass. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
