Since around the 19th or 20th of March, when Tshwane temporarily shut off the water supply due to maintenance work, I noticed that the hot water pressure in my unit significantly dropped once the water was restored. For the past 10 days, the hot water supply has completely stopped working, meaning the geyser is not functioning at all in any of the taps in the house.

We are seeking consultation and assistance from a reliable and affordable attorney regarding a tragic incident that occurred last year. Our father, who was 59 years old at the time, was working in a temporary position at the request of his supervisor, as the regular employee was on leave. Unfortunately, during a night shift in June, he fell into a machine, resulting in a fatal accident. Despite the devastating impact on our family, the company has shown no sympathy or taken any responsibility for their actions, leaving us without justice for our loss. Notably, our father was nearing retirement age and had planned to leave the workforce this year. We believe that the company's negligence and lack of accountability have caused significant pain and suffering, and we are seeking legal guidance to explore our options for seeking compensation and holding those responsible accountable.
