We are moving into a rented house, which we may decide to buy and renovate later. Initially we would like a quote for doing some restoration/repair work and a thorough repainting of the main downstairs rooms as well as the 3 bedrooms upstairs - we will have occupancy from 1st of Feb but will be allowed access before that to complete the work. If the work is good quality, you would be considered for the larger renovation once the property is purchased. Thanks,
Build a double storey. On top 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge. Down stairs 1 main bedroom with ensuite and closet, kitchen, dining room and lounge an a toilet
I would like estimates on building a garage and adding a room to the house
I have a rechargeable Maisonware fan and one day it just stopped charging I bought 2 exact same fans on the same day and the other one is still running perfectly (for months now) Not sure why decided to pull the breaks??? So everything in tact but when I try to charge it… nothing happens?
1) To remove the retainer blocks in question against the precast fence between units 2 and 3. 2) To excavate and pour a 25 MPA concrete foundation. 3) To construct a new 1, high wall as close as possible to the precast wall – face bricks to match the existing walls and common bricks to be used behind the face bricks. 4) To remove the existing paver blocks at the proposed new position of the spa - bath - to lay the above blocks elsewhere as required by the owner. 5) To lay a level mm thick 25mpa concrete slab on top of BRC mesch – size of slab to accommodate the spa-bath. The edges of the slab are not to protrude more than mm from the edges of the spa – bath.
Mount washing line to the outside wall
I have a small outside room which we currently use as a laundry room, I want to extend and remodel this room into a small granny flat with a bathroom.
Termites have eaten the door frame and it has Foley out and needs to be replaced with a new aluminum door
