We would like to convert our garage and outside room into a flat. The outside room currently has a toilet and shower, but we are looking at extending it into the existing garage. I would like to get a rough estimation of what this would cost us, and it would be great if we could get some quotes to have this done.
I need to redo a very outdated bathroom Remove the bath Fit a walk in shower (there is a shower in the bath currently) Replace basin and toilet for a more modern one retile and paint No major or expensive items needed, preferably kept near R20k, depending on spend, might redo the kitchen as well
Existing Home in St Francis links. Scope of Works Remove all flooring in the house and replace it with Vinyl in bedrooms & living areas. Bathrooms to receive Cemcrete or similar on floors & walls. Remove Sanitaryware in bathrooms and replace with new. Positions to remain the same All Internal & external walls to be repainted The clients wants to add more scope to the project like redoing the kitchen and adding a small deck off the braai area & improving the entrance. He just needs to know the prices for what the above will cost him before adding additional scope
