Hi, I just need a basic amount so I can do my budget. The building was a garage but was converted into a studio with a door and windows and I would like to make it a garage again. It can be a double door or two single doors with automation (I have a device that must be added so it can work with my home assistant). So the door and windows need to be removed and the garage door(s) must be installed. There is power available for automation.

I have a, currently installed, fixed Single door which is motorised although the motor has packed up. I have been wanting to get a quote to replace it all with an automated roller / roll-up Door instead. "the Pro" can discuss options with me - There may be a good reason to stick with the current door. I'm open to suggestions.
We currently have one night time guard Sunday to Saturday and one day time guard Saturday and Sunday/ Public Holidays and over the Christmas closure period. This is our monthly requirement. Replace a wooden door between front and back garden. I live in a complex. Want to install a steel/metal black gate with frame. Door must be able to lock. It looks as though the door that is being replaced is a standard size internal door. You must not be able to see through the door, in other words the door must be a solid panel.
This is an eco-estate with monitored perimeter electrical fence, and strict entry monitoring. We will be moving there around June/July. We have had armed response and alarm monitoring here in Bloemfontein for years, and will prefer to take this extra security precaution as we are two retired ladies.
