Good day We seem to have developed a leak in our shower. Our downstairs neighbours have complained. There was also a blockage in the drain which did not help as it caused water to stand in the shower. The company that assessed this said that the grouting needed to be redone in the shower. Hi need a 13m 2.5mm cable run from dB board to outside room and connected to the existing plug point in that room. Will also need a 20 amp circuit breaker added to the dB board. The old cable already in the room must be blanked off. The new cable must also replace the existing cable that feeds the light switch. Take note that the new cable that will run down to the room will be in the open so must be placed in PVC conduit about 4m long

Architectural drawings are in place (not structural) and submissions will still be made to the local authority. The client requires an estimated cost of renovation by the 04 April .
