I wanted to request the advice and a quotation. We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. We would therefore need to reset the paving and possibly consider other aspects of drainage For your urgent consideration.
We are a logistics company that just purchased a warehouse and we are looking to turn this warehouse into a truck yard. There is some areas and paving on the premises that needs to be patched up and we also need some removal of rubble and need to just clean the place up a bit. I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. Entrance +/- 84m² - Remove current brick paving. Pave in dark grey square cobble stone with coping Tasting area +/- 73m²- Remove current brick paving. Level the area (remove tree roots) . Pave with cobble stone paving (colour to be forwarded at a later stage) Cottages +/- m²- current area is gravel. Pave the area in front of the cottages as well as 3 parking areas. Approximately sqm to be painted. Top view is sqm but with the pitch 35 degrees and which makes the paintable area approximately sqm. Also need the gutters, facias and downpipes to be painted. The house is double volume. The roof needs to be cleaned, etched, and painted with 2 coats by means of airless spray.

I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
