I want to convert garage and back room to a small 2 bedroom apartment. Original plan attached. I also want a new roof and ceiling for this building to be installed as the current roof will be removed. Building currently does not have a ceiling. I will be using the current footprint however the existing toilet has to be moved from where it currently is to more or less where the garage is, right next to staff quarters shown on original plan. Electricity is available, running over wall, however I want the cables to be inside the walls and one light for each room and passage.I need two electrical plugs in main bedroom, one plug in bedroom 2,one plug in passage, 2 plugs in kitchen and 2 plugs in lounge

We have one and a half walls built already. I have attached an image of how other garages are built within our estate, if we could make it flat (assuming we would need a gutter system so water doesn't stagnate on the top), as we will eventually look at building the third bedroom above the garage later in the year.
