We are a small self catering accommodation supplier with the need for formal accounting services for CIPC and Sars statements. We would like to be able to do the daily bookkeeping as required and then submit that for final approval and for financial statements. I am an online business retailing beds and mattresses. All suppliers are paid COD including delivery service. I have one part time admin employee and myself. I am SARS and CIPC compliant. I use Sage and capture all my own invoices and load the banking which is then allocated. My customers buy online through a website (I then capture the invoices) or I do a sales order / quote; payment is by EFT, Payfast or Buy Now Pay Later. I don't do store accounts for customers, only the occasional layby, all paid in full before delivery. About R per month turnover. I need the required SARS submissions and VAT returns.
