Hi I am looking for a spit braai lamb with an alternative meat, some sides and salads and maybe dessert. It is a 30th Birthday party. To be cooked on site and then removed after service. It is a small venue (home garden around a pool) so just one table for serving and seating for older guests (8-10). 22-24 people on 4th November (early evening meal) in Umgeni Park, Durban North. I would like to remodel the house, extend the outside walls by a meter, change the main bedroom window into a sliding door. New roof and get the ceiling a bit high. Upgrade the electrical wiring, change windows and doors, upgrade the current sliding door into the folding one. Upgrade the bathrooms. Change the double garage roof from zinc into tiles ( Tuscan style) extend the back room and laundry, add inside shower and toilet.

A small, modular Recovery Plant is required that will be fully enclosed. To fit all the major pieces of equipment the building exterior high will be about 10m, width roughly 6m and length about 8m. The interior will house the equipment, when fully operational these pieces of equipment together will approximately weigh about 12tons - therefore the interior needs to have a steel/iron structure that holds these pieces in the correct position. To access all parts the structure would need to have a staircase. Ideally the building will have good ventilation to regulate the temperature inside the buidling.

Good Ventilation, a conveyor will stick out of the enclosed building and a the will be openings for incoming and outgoing pipelines. Therefore unsure if an air-conditioned space is a possibility. The describes the exterior of the building. The interior will consist of a steel/iron structure that holds the major pieces of equipment in place which at full capacity will weigh about 10-15 tons and staircases are needed to access the equipment.

We require an architect to serve on a Specifications Committee to determine the specifications that should be included in a tender for the construction of a Community Arts Centre. STAND is an implementing agency for Provincial Government. We were tasked to draft a tender document to invite submissions for the Construction of the Arts Centre. We however require the expertise of an architect/ engineer to draft the specifications that need to be included in the tender document.

1. I have a small section of wall that is falling over. 1m high wall that holds back the yard work and is about 3 M long that will have to be broken down and rebuilt. 2. We want to plant grass in front yard. Grass needs to be able to withstand a lot of traffic of a dog running up and down and be able to survive shaded winters and in the sun summers. Not sure if this is possible. 3. We want to move our pool to a new location. Ideally rebuild new pool but if better to just move current shell also open to that. Would have to explain in person. We have a terrace wall that is breaking away and will have to be rebuilt and when swimming pool is moved the hole must be filled and everything will have to be repaved. An in person estimate would be best as there are a few moving parts to quote on.
