We would like to fix the roof of our building as it pours water into the inside when it rains, causing the inside slaps to fall. It uses metal sheeting, and concrete slab.

My roof leaks every time that there is heavy rain. If there is continuous light rain, it will not leak. It leaks mostly on the Eastern side, but if the heavy rain continues for a while, then it leaks everywhere in the house. My husband keeps insisting that it is the wind blowing in rain, but even when there is no wind and only heavy rain it will leak.
