I’m really impressed — they were professional and super friendly, turned up on time and kept everything neat. Communication was quick and I got fast replies, realy responsive. Meticulous with the pool repairs and flexible when plans changed. Great value for money and overall they went above and beyond — excellent customer service.

They were definitely more affordable than other companies and they did come back to finish off some things I wasn't happy with.
They are on time everything and given me the right advise and they work are good.
Very professional and clearly knew what they were doing — showed up on time and handled the pool cleaning efficiently. Communication was quick and responsive, replies came fast. The crew were friendly and polite, with attentive, no-nonsense customer service. Would use them again.

I found them prprofessional, advisory, and diligent in their services. So I will rate them 5. 🙏
They answered my calls right away and slotted me in for a cleanup within two days, which felt super responsive. The tech showed up on time, talked me through the chemical balance, and left the equipment area tidy.
Still, the water never reached that crystal look and the tile line stayed hazy, so the finish didnt quite meet my expectations. I hope next visit they spend a bit more time on the polish.
They understood what my problem was. I was looking for something to be done quickly.

They have reliable staff that know what they are doing.
The owner is not always coming back to you. You need to keep on phoning him and leaving messages, but he seldamly come back to you. He is not available to supervise his workers. I was supervising them myself. The team is not punctual, the arive at different times every day and sometimes not before 10:00 in the mornings. The two skylights and the car port was a problem, that they had to come back and fix. A lot of tools they needef, they did not had and they have to borrowed my tools.
What the client forgot to mention is thet we did R 3500 extra waterproofing free of charge and that we fixed all his roof leaks and that he recommended us to his neighbour wich roof we also did and both of them gave us compliments on our good work.
Went the extra mile and answered our questions.
