I'm very pleased with selected waterproofing contractors who took care of my basement. The owner picked up the phone anytime I called and the crew was friendly and professional. The final price was as arranged in the quote - they sent the best quote of all 5 contractors. Overall - very good experience.
I found your website when searching for waterproofing contractors near me. And I'm very glad I did, though I was a bit skeptical at first. All quotes arrived as promised and all contractors also contacted me by phone. The waterproofing company that completed the job was very professional... there were some initial issues but it was resolved quickly.
Procompare set me up with Mr Urban and his crew - I can only recommend this contractor: the waterproofing was completed professionally and on time. They cleaned up everything. They answered phone anytime I called. And the price was reasonable.
First step before waterproofing an area is to clean the surface to remove dust, grease, rust, paint and any other material which may affect the adhesion of coatings. After cleaning the surfaces, verify the dectivity and if necessary fix it in order to avoid water stagnation. Lastly, prepare the surface (the preparation process will depend on the type of surface).
A properly installed waterproofing system should last you anytime between 10 and 15 years. On the contrary, a poorly installed waterproofing system can cause water leakages almost immediately after it meets water, avoid such waterproofing mistakes. Roof waterproofing can last longer, especially torch on waterproofing.
Depending on the extent of damage on your waterproofing membrane and the age of it, you can choose between simple patches or a complete replacement.

IRB waterproofing quote needed. Greetings to whom it may concern, I have a house with part of the roof being flat. The problem initially was the gutter connectors are to small for a large amount of water. Subsequently outlet avenues were made available as to alleviate the water buildup. I have had work done on the roof and recently had an assessor from outsurence asses the roof His recommendation is that a thorough waterproofing needs to be done as the waterproofing done last year is flaking and allowing some water to seep through. This needs to be sorted out and would request an assessment and quote in this regards.

se are two small side roofs that were built as part of a big project two years ago. On he side a skylight was added last year and even after numerous attempts to seal it the contractor has failed to sop the leaks. Depending on the wind direction and the volume of water the other side still leaks occasionally also. That side now has a deck over it now, which will need to be lifted. We would like both roofst to be rubberized.
I have an open balcony on top of a concrete slab. Under the balcony is my scullery as well as a bedroom. Between the tiled floor and the wall around the balcony, water is leaking into the scullery and bedroom. The leaks are only just where the roof and the wall meets, not any other places on the roof. In the corner of the bedroom you can also see the damp on the wall, just opposite the one outlet of the water on the balcony.
The bathroom, laundry & garage had been added to the existing house and sone time after the initial build, the corrugated roof of this new structure (which includes these 3 areas) was raised. When it rains, it leaks into the old structure on one side (that we are aware of) where the old and new structures meet..
I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over. What I would like is to leave the tiles in place and waterproof with a Derbigum system and then place artificial grass over the entire deck of 60 M 2 Many thanks, Ronald Rosenberg.
