Request a quoteShe was professional and tried to assist, but at the end came back and said we have to go ourselves to SARS. Something I thought she should have known beforehand when I requested if the service can be done. So we ended up doing it ourselves.
Just the fact that I assumed that the professional should know these things beforehand and not have wasted our time. She also gave a list of what would be required by SARS, but omitted to say employee contract should be included, which meant we had to go for a second time to SARS

I seek urgent clarification regarding several concerning issues that have come to my attention upon reviewing my latest tax statement. To my surprise, I noticed recurring penalties accruing monthly, of which I had no prior knowledge. I have been consistently meeting my tax obligations by making monthly payments, and I am at a loss to understand the origin of these additional charges. furthermore, in February, I applied for a 2-pot withdrawal payment, which was approved and reflected as paid on my Statement of Account. However, I never received the disbursement. Instead, the amount appears to have been offset against an outstanding balance that SARS claims I owe. This discrepancy is deeply troubling, as I was not notified of such an adjustment, nor do I understand the basis for the alleged debt. I have always strived to remain compliant with my tax obligations and would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving these issues to avoid further misunderstandings.
