With the mess I was in with my tax returns, I thought it would be a challenge to solved. But I was pleasantly surprised and how easily the issues were addressed and filed wit SARS by VP Van Greenen. Especially Venisia! She’s brilliant at what she does! Yes, the outcome exceeded my expectations!

She was professional and tried to assist, but at the end came back and said we have to go ourselves to SARS. Something I thought she should have known beforehand when I requested if the service can be done. So we ended up doing it ourselves.

Just the fact that I assumed that the professional should know these things beforehand and not have wasted our time. She also gave a list of what would be required by SARS, but omitted to say employee contract should be included, which meant we had to go for a second time to SARS
