My experience with NMCS was very pleasant, from the get go they were very punctual and accommodating. Gilbert tries his best to give you as the client the best and most cost effective options. Thia is something i really appreciated. Also managed to do some extra work that i requested, and again always tried to ensure cost were kept low., which is brilliant for me as the client.
If i had to be critical on anything its perhaps the cleanup which I'll give a 8/10 and some finishing touches could be alightly better, also 8/10. Overall great exoerience, would recommend Gilbert and his team anytime and wil definitely be using them in future

I had the exterior painted last week and was pretty impressed. The crew turned up right on time, stayed super friendly, and were really flexible—when I asked to tweak the finish halfway they just shrugged and sorted it out, very accomodating. Cost was lower than I’d budgeted so the value felt solid. Would call them again without thinking twice

NHBRC is the National Home Builder's Registration Council. Its function are to keep a register of home builders, oversee the construction of residential homes to see to it that proper building standards are adhered to and to provide a warranty service for major structural defects. Any new build in SA requires you to have NHBRC registration.
The construction contract should include at least: the name of the contractor and contact information, the name of the homeowner and contact information, description of property in legal terms, the cost, description of the work, the completion date and the right to stop the project.
