Their friendly demeanour, always on time (arrives beforehand). Always willing to assist with tasks outside their scope of working area even when not required to do so. Reasonably priced. Tries to get the job done.I was initially impressed with his knowledge of plumbing verbally.

1. I wasn’t happy with the minor workmanship which was the bent screws affixed to the wall brackets of the geyser. 2. The way the drip tray was installed left much to be desired as it should have been set at a tilt for the water to flow out the outflow pipe. As per the pics and the way the brackets were installed it is not. So when there’s a geyser burst the water will lie straight in the tray and overflow. We could see that when the water mishap occurred after installation..pics attached. 3. When hit with a snag, the plumber becomes flustered and takes issues personally. 4. He didn’t check if all was operational once the installation was completed. Due to the non checks, I encountered water sprayed on my walls and wooden floor as the pipe to the valve on the geyser was not affixed properly and this was when using the hot water for the very first time after their completion. But nothing was checked. This unfortunately left a “bitter taste” at the end of the job. Thank you.

Not professional at all. Shoddy untidy work. Did not scrape off old bubbling paint. Left areas unpainted. Called them back, but still did not improve at all. I had to clean paint marks off tiles and brickwork myself and still have to pick up paint scrapings lying about when I get back from my visit with family.I was too hasty in making my choice of painters. They also did not spend as much time to complete the job as indicated.
