Hi, I would like to get a quote for clients of mine who bought a property. The property has been vacant for 6 weeks and the garden needs attention. Cutting off grass, removing weeds in grass and on driveway/tiles next to the pool. Trim hedges & general garden maintenance. After the big clean they would potentially like for you guys to come in weekly or every 2nd week? I would also like a quote on that please. The property address is 17 Digteby Estate. Maybe you have worked there before. Attached is a picture of when the garden was in good shape. I prefer not to get calls, I will appreciate communication via email or messaging.
5.1 Daily service Sweeping all parking areas using hard brooms and blowers Cleaning of all yard surfaces using blowers and/ or hard brooms, emptying all ashtrays in the smoking areas, daily All entrances, pathways, and parking areas to be always kept clear of leaf litter and soil wash (includes parking area). Get rid of all trees, grass along the fence inside and outside of the premises. Ensure that outside the fence, there is no trees hanging over the fence and grass must be cut about one mitre away from the fence. Minimal formative pruning will be performed by the contractor as part of general garden maintenance during the growing season on all trees and shrubs.
I would like to get a quotation from a professional landscaping company as this is a very big project that is about + sqm. I need a team that can cut and trim trees and the lawn.
