The construction contract should include at least: the name of the contractor and contact information, the name of the homeowner and contact information, description of property in legal terms, the cost, description of the work, the completion date and the right to stop the project.

Main on suite bathroom, possibly 6x4m Study/office: Paint, replacing ceiling and light fixtures. Removal of wooden flooring and replaced. No further alterations. 6x4m standard room size generally Ad hoc: Replacing of entrace door. Standard single size door. Possible refurb of the door itself. Possible painting of main Large living area 10mx10m but not priority
Need to extend my bedroom by going into the bathroom (Making Bathroom smaller) and Going into Lounge. 2 walls to be broken down of approx 10m2 each and to be rebuilt.
