i am buying an old split level house (on pic)& needs improvement & facelifting: 1. i need to put stairs connecting the main house to the balcony (inside) 2. add verandah to the front of the house (similar to th picture) 3. replace some windows with glass doors leading to patio 4. change small front door to a larger size
