I found your site browsing the web and I am very happy I did. We came into contact with an excellent interior designer and kitchen renovation specialist through your service. The new kitchen is superb. We even decided to renovate the bathroom, so I will be contacting you again soon. :)
Can only leave my absolute best recommendations for both procompare and Wellington's renovation team. Wellington is very organized, good at finding good solutions and did a fantastic job with a very good finish! The budget was kept and the kitchen was ready on time.
Jerome and his team renovated our kitchen and we can really recommend them. Nice, accommodating and did a great job. Unfortunately, the work took a little longer than we had hoped for. Partly due to the fact that the appliances did not get to us on time. But Jerome was very flexible and had no problems reorganizing his schedule. Thanks again for an excellent job done.
The construction contract should include at least: the name of the contractor and contact information, the name of the homeowner and contact information, description of property in legal terms, the cost, description of the work, the completion date and the right to stop the project.
Before doing a house renovation make sure your plans are in line with local council planning laws. You will require plans for: retaining walls of a certain height, all structural alterations to the existing property that alter the original floor plan, swimming pool and any safety fence or wall required, building a pergola or outdoor structure separate from the existing property.
Both kitchen and bathroom renovations are known to be top renovations that add value to your home. If you are planning to sell, renovating your bathroom and/or kitchen is the best way to increase value.
