The on-site team was professional and pleasant to work with. Initially, the Guarantee Certificate only refers to the painting of the roof, but following my request for clarification, the Owner confirmed that it covers material and labor for all the work that the team completed (ie, cleaning, waterproofing where necessary, and painting). So overall, very satisfied with the service.

Nick and his team were incredibly professional. They are the first team I have encountered that completed all painting in less time than they initially estimated, the cost breakdown helped me understand exactly what I was paying for and there was never an issue in terms of any additional unforeseen costs, there was also minimum wastage and I was able to get a refund on the paint not used, Nick took time every day to take me through what was done and what needed to be done. In addition, the care that the team took to ensure minimum disruption and that they were not intrusive, was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Down to Detail for all your painting needs.

Other than being friendly, there really isn't anything positive about the service provided by them

To replace a toilet mixer in the toilet and install brass compression on the outside tap,they invoiced me R4711, 99 On top of that,the toilet that they worked on doesn't flush properly anymore and my borehole is still going off even when no tap is open. They also left the place in a mess, the first time they came. To purchase some of the items, I had to give them a lift to the shops. Had initially known this, I would never have hired them.
