The best way to prevent clogged pipes is to be mindful of what you put down your drains and toilet. Use these tips as a guide: avoid pouring grease or oil down the drain, after washing dishes, run hot water to rinse away grease, clear drain stoppers in shower and bathtub, only flush waste and toilet tissue down toilet, pump septic tank every two to three years, avoid coffee grounds, bones, grease, fruit peels and other fibrous foods in garbage disposal.

Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information.
