Buglers came into the house to vandalize and steal all the steel in the house. Currently all the water taps, shower taps, basins taps, sink taps and all handles are missing therefore need replacement. An estimate of what is needed is following: - 2 bathtub tabs and handles - 2 basin dual (hot and cold) tabs - 2 shower tap and handles - 1 sink dual tab And other general plumbing services like reconnecting the municipality water back into the house.
I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. Remove existing toilet, pedestal basin and taps, medicine cabinet, 2xtowel rails, hand towel holder, toilet paper holder and toothbrush holder. Replace above. The pedestal basin is replaced with a cabinet basin. I am out of town from December 23 through 30, so any time before or after that would be great.

Existing quadrant shower rail does not attach properly to the side brackets on the wall. The rail lifts and had in the past caused one of the sh9wer doors to fall and shatter. We have a unique water saving product which needs to interface with the hot water pipe going to the mixer of a shower. The products consists of two boxes, one housing a flow switch and a solenoid valve. Work to be done: If the hot water pipe is accessible from the top in the roof then the two pipe attachments of the flow control need to be interfaced with the pipe. If the hot water pipe is not accessible then the tiles need to be removed from the shower wall to get access to the hot water pipe and a small box housing the flow control equipment needs to be fitted to the shower wall. The cable which is used to measure flow and control the solenoid valve needs to be placed between the tiles and fitted to the electronic control which is linked to the AC supply.
