This is the price per square metre for a thatched roof, including installation. My roof is largely slab and IBR. It is therefore a combination of IBR and concrete slab. One side of the house has what is called Parapet roof. About a year ago I paid a contractor to re-waterproof the the whole roof. They applied the burn-on layer on the concrete slab and they used the membrane and resin on the rest. Unfortunately it is still leaking and I am unable to get them back to repair it. They promise to come but they never do. it has been those promises for quite a long time now.
